Refund: All American Gifts will provide a full refund, less shipping cost, to the
customer who, for any reason, returns merchandise within thirty (30) days of the
date of delivery of the item(s). (Personalized Laser Engraving, if any, cannot
be refunded) Secure your merchandise in the original packaging if possible,
make sure your name is on the package, and mail the item(s) to:

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund for the cost
of the original item. Exchange: Requests for exchange of items will be honored
for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of delivery of the item to the customer.
